Founder, Executive Director
Oshane “Shane” Panton is a Christian entrepreneur, strategist, and community builder based in Kingston, Jamaica. He is the founder of Entrepreneurial Christians Jamaica (ECJ), a platform created to equip believers to build businesses with integrity, excellence, and Kingdom purpose.
With a background in sales, marketing, automation, and digital strategy, Shane has worked with entrepreneurs across the Caribbean, the U.S., and Canada, helping them clarify their message, build systems, and grow sustainably. But beyond results, his deepest conviction is that business is not separate from faith; it is an expression of stewardship, obedience, and service to God.
Shane believes that Christians are called to prosper—not for pride or excess—but to be generous, impactful, and dependable in every sphere they touch. Through ECJ, radio programs, podcasts, workshops, and mentorship, he encourages believers to pursue God wholeheartedly while sharpening their skills, honoring their commitments, and building wealth with clean hands and clear consciences.

Joneil J. Alcock is a dedicated digital marketing professional, author, and motivational speaker who serves world-class brands with excellence, strategy, and consistency. With experience across industries including finance, manufacturing, education, and eCommerce, he is committed to helping individuals and organizations master their craft, build strong brands, and engage meaningfully with their audiences. He believes that talent must be developed with discipline, integrity, and a clear sense of purpose.
Above all, Joneil is a man of faith and a Bible teacher who strives to impart God’s wisdom in practical, life-applicable ways. He views personal growth, goal setting, and spiritual maturity as deeply connected.
